Ordering at a glance
Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days. Full cleared payment is required before work. Expected production is five working days for 1–50 items and ten working days for 51–99 items, after required approvals and garment availability. The limit is 99 physical items per customer over a rolling 30 days.
Collect by arrangement, or request an optional Courier Guy quote. HootStitch does not operate its own delivery service. Courier arrangements and costs must be confirmed before payment.
Payment options
EFT is available for confirmed South African orders. Payfast and PayPal are coming soon, subject to setup and approval. They are not active payment methods yet. The online shop remains under preparation.
